SUMMARUM is a software product that replaced all our older programs. SUMMARUM is a totally integrated product for finance and housing management.

The finance parts and the real estate parts can also be used as stand alone programs as well as being connected to systems from other suppliers. SUMMARUM is developed with the most modern and up to date development tools which give the program functionality far above what is usual in today’s generation of software programs. The system is a 3 – layer solution (client/server), 32-bits and fully object oriented and database driven. The first installation of SUMMARUM was done during the spring 1999. Until January 2006 we spent about 300 000 hours in the system which contains about 30 different program parts. The system is established and the clients are getting more and more aware of the advantages of a fully integrated system. In the end of 2006 we had installed more than 200 systems in three countries.
