Consulting is a department within REPAB Sweden. Our expertise is to assist real estate owners, house owners, local government etc to make the maintenance planning, daily routines planning etc in an efficient and financially advantageous way.

We are experts in the maintenence, daily routines planning and we have also successfully suported clients in public tender and the process that comes with it. We assist organizations with writing public tender offers for works within maintenance and care taking of real estate. We also work on “the other side” with evaluating offers, preparing the specifications before a tender and more. In all these area we also arrange education and courses and they are all tailor made after the needs of the individual organization at hand. 

We have several consultants and all of them have a long experience within all our consultancy fields. We use our administrative system SUMMARUM for support in our consultancy work.
