The target value is updated yearly. The maintenance cost book
REPAB also provides a book which helps you plan and budget for the maintenance of your buildings; the Maintenance cost book. In this book you will find information about over 4500 maintenance activities. For each activity you will find information about the cost of material, labour cost and total cost, as well as time it will take to conduct the activity, recommended interval of doing the activity, and more. The book contain information over activities concerning land, exterior and interior of buildings, sanitary areas, transport, electricity and much more. The activities are built up by a hierarchic code system with 5 numbers. It is logical and makes it easy to use the system.

The books are only available in Swedish and the statistics is only applicable for the Swedish market.
