With an experienced project manager from REPAB you can feel safe during the whole implementation project. We know what has to done and we are there as a safety net during the whole time we are implementing the product.

In every implementation project REPAB assign a project leader that is the contact person for the client. The project leader is responsible for the whole implementation process and makes sure all the steps get carried out in the right order.

In order to make the project as efficient as possible we normally divide it in different steps. First, the project leader at REPAB makes a “pre-study” together with the client. In the pre-study we research the client’s structure and processes. How should system parameters be adjusted? How should number series be set? Which bookkeeping rules is used? How is the buildings, blocks, areas and land organized? Interviews are done with the key users as we find it extremely important to listen to the customers and understand their way or working as well as the way they wish to work. Thereafter the collected material is analyzed and transferred to something concrete. The client gets a suggestion from us on, for example, a process that they thereafter can test and evaluate.

As a client to REPAB you do not need to worry about questions that has to be answered or what processes that has to be researched. Our goal is to make the implementation so simple and fast as possible and to make sure that our clients get a system which is set after their wishes and needs.
