The common module in SUMMARUM contain basic functionality which is needed in all parts of SUMMARUM. These modules are; basic module, property base, document archive, viewer, forms and approval.

The basic module contains an authorization system where the system administrator in a very detailed manner can appoint different levels of authorization to persons or groups in the organization. With this a very high level of security can be set up in SUMMARUM. In the basic module you can also find the report generator which helps you develop reports necessary for your business. You will probably find one of the 800 standard reports in the system suitable, but if this isn’t the case you can develop your own reports.

The property base contains all the components that you need in order to build up the structure of your properties in the software. You can attach information on several layers for example; piece of land, block, facades, down to components in the individual dwellings. Which levels you use you determine yourself depending on how the information is arranged in your organization. The information in the property base is later the foundation for your long and short term maintenance, complaints, inspections etc. You can attach drawings, photos and other digital documents to every level in the property base. The document archive and Viewer are used for managing digital documents in SUMMARUM. The Viewer can handle more than 250 different sort of digital documents.

A form system is used for design and generation of forms, contract, and invoices etc and these are created after the client’s wishes and graphical language. The approval module handle all the flows of approval and electronic signing of invoices, project etc and approval can be given electronically with the right level of authorization.
