In SUMMARUM you will find support to manage different types of rent, for example rent of dwellings, rent of commercial property rent of land. On top of this you can handle the administration for all service costs for your buildings, including building you do not own but maintain. You will find a complete support for all these activities in SUMMARUM, and much more. As a complement to the rental module we offer a queue system where you can handle a free number of queues, for example queues for dwellings, commercial spaces, apartment switching, parking places etc.

We have build in so called wizards in SUMMARUM in order to support the user. A wizard helps you through work processes where you have to take several steps in a specific order to complete the action, for example terminating a contract or crating a new contract. The wizard makes sure that all the steps in the process are done in the right order and that all necessary information is noted. The wizard also makes sure that all the right documents get printed.
